I am building a focused body of research around the point where digital-asset regulation becomes a product, transaction or market-entry decision.

The research is maintained by Seong-Yeon Park. My background spans consulting and regional operating roles in Seoul and Hong Kong, including Deloitte Consulting, Kakao Mobility and Uber Asia.

The aim of this work is practical: use primary regulatory sources, keep facts separate from interpretation, and convert complex rules into decision structures that can be tested against real business models.
