Digital-asset regulation moves quickly, but speed alone does not make analysis useful. A better starting point is the product or transaction: what is the user trying to do, which entity performs each activity, where does value move, who controls it, and which decision changes when a rule changes?

That is the organising principle for this site. Longer research pieces will generally begin with a business model, customer journey, transaction or launch decision and then work back into the relevant regulatory perimeter, permissions, governance and evidence.

This approach also creates a cleaner distinction between three kinds of output: a statement of what a rule says; an interpretation of what it could mean; and an implementation question a business still has to answer. Keeping those layers separate makes the analysis easier to audit and harder to overstate.

Editorial rulePrimary sources first. Facts, interpretation and open questions should be visibly distinguishable. When evidence is mixed or incomplete, the uncertainty stays visible.
